Terrica Lynn Smith, Terrica Lynn Smith LLC, the 5-Day Property Challenge, Property Challenge Live, and their subsidiaries reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Each Titanium ticket holder and member of the Investor's Circle Mastermind (ICM) is entitled to one free guest pass for both the 5DPC and PC Live events. This pass provides Guest Admission access only and must be claimed by May 25th, 2024. Failure to claim the pass by this deadline will result in forfeiture of the guest pass. Due to fire code and attendance limits at the physical conference, guest passes are offered on a first come, first served basis, and the organizers reserve the right to limit or halt guest access at any time.

Guests admitted under this pass will not be eligible for the house giveaway held at PC Live. To participate in the giveaway, guests must upgrade to a General Admission ticket or higher. Upgrades can be processed by visiting the dedicated upgrade page at https://www.propertychallenge.com/guestupgrade . It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure their upgrade is completed prior to the event to qualify for the giveaway.

Priority seating at PC Live is reserved for higher ticket tiers. Guests who wish to access these seating sections must also upgrade their tickets as specified above. Guests are not allowed in reserved ticketed seating without upgrading. All upgrades and seating arrangements are subject to availability and are managed on a first come, first served basis.
